Wonderfull book, wonderful story, just a feel good read to share with anyone (believers or not). My wife and I met the Livingston's by accident one night while eating out hear locally in Orlando and they were the sweetest couple you can imagine. Everything in the book is the real deal when we met them. Unbeknownst to us, Mrs. Livingston told us about the book and of course we had to buy it online when we got home. Forgive me Mr. & Mrs. Livingston for procrastinating to write you a review and thank you for being so kind to my family that night (Olive Garden with my two LOUD 9-11 year olds!). Great book to get a birds eye view of how God weaves His plans through a willing persons life. Thank you for sharing.
This review may be a bit biased, seeing as the author is my grandfather. I have heard many stories of my grandfather and father while growing up. While reading this book, I learned about stories that I'd never heard before! I also learned new details of other familiar stories that I had been told while growing up. This book is such a treasure in our family and we are very grateful for my grandfather putting details of our family's history on paper! His life story is goes to show that even if you don't have a plan, trust in the Lord and He will guide your footsteps. I am very proud of my grandfather for writing this book and I hope many other families get to enjoy it as much as we have!
I found the book interesting and amazing. His life is indeed a God directed journey. I have given copies of the book to several people who I thought would be interested in it.
David Livingston is a longtime friend of mine so I definitely enjoyed hearing his story put to print. I learned things that I did not know about his journey in life.
I think it would be inspiring to others to reflect how God led them in their lives.
The photos were good. I thought there were a few grammatical errors but that would have more to do with publisher than the distributor.
Yes, I would recommend this to others and in fact already have.
